Ember co-owner Nick Fallucca will bring a personal touch to our Taste of Italy series, drawing on his Sicilian heritage and years of travel through Italy’s diverse regions. With a deep appreciation for Italian food, wine, and culture, Nick will be sharing stories and regional insights throughout each evening. From the sun-drenched hills of Sicily to the vineyards of Tuscany and the kitchens of Bologna, you'll experience a warm, authentic taste of Italy — Ember-style.
