  • Location + Access: Our address is 1329 Wisconsin Avenue, Grafton, WI 53024 - our main entry is on the south side of the building on Beech Street between Wisconsin Ave and 11th Ave.

    • We’re located in the heart of downtown Grafton, just 5 minutes from I-43 and 30 minutes north of Milwaukee. Ember Social is in a highly walkable area, with plentiful free public lots and street parking available nearby.

  • Venue Capacity: Up to 110 guests

  • Main Room Size: Approximately 1,200 sq ft

  • Flexible Layouts: Our space can be configured for seated events, cocktail-style gatherings, presentations, or hybrid cocktail and dinner formats.

  • Pricing:Most events are structured with a rental package plus a minimum spend, which can be used toward food, beverages, décor, and/or services. Minimum spends vary based on the day, time, and event format. Weeknight and daytime events start at $1,000. Weekend events start at $2,250.

  • Bar: We hold a full liquor license, so all beverages must be purchased through our fully staffed bar. No carry-ins are permitted. We offer flexible bar packages designed to fit your event style and budget.

  • Catering: We offer in-house catering, or we can arrange catering for you.

  • What’s Included: While many venues charge à la carte, our event rental packages include over $4,500 in venue amenities, staffing, and planning support — allowing you to stay present, enjoy your guests, and host a truly memorable experience.

ALL EVENT PACKAGES INCLUDE:

  • Concierge event planning support

  • On-site or coordinated catering options with flexible menu planning

  • Tables and chairs arranged in your preferred layout

  • Standard black tablecloths

  • Ambient uplighting and house décor

  • Basic A/V

  • High-speed Wi-Fi

  • Vestaboard display

  • Draped backdrop setup

  • Standard event setup and breakdown

  • Basic staffing and day-of support, including one bartender and a general manager

  • Bar service

  • Venue cleaning and reset

Rental Package Prices and Minimum spends vary based on event day, time, and format. Additional staffing, services, upgrades, and experiential enhancements are available.
